OUR PROGRAMMES 󠀠󠀠

Creative, Practical, and Life-Changing Support

Eden Heart Foundation designs and delivers programmes that are both therapeutic and empowering. We use creativity and care not only as tools for expression, but as pathways to resilience, employability, and improved quality of life. Our Projects help people rediscover their strengths, build community, and develop skills that can lead to long-term transformation.

Youth Empowerment programmes

Our youth programmes are designed to meet young people where they are, with honesty, empathy, and opportunity. We provide safe spaces for creative expression and personal growth, aiming to reduce isolation and steer young people away from negative influences by equipping them with real tools for life.

Lens of Change uses Smartphone photography and visual storytelling to help participants explore their identity and environment. Guided by professional artists and youth mentors, young people document their lives while gaining creative and digital skills. The programme culminates in an exhibition or digital showcase that celebrates their voice and vision.

Real Talk is a peer-led mentoring series where participants can openly discuss challenges around identity, peer pressure, school, mental health, and ambition. These circles foster confidence, mutual respect, and goal-setting in a relatable and supportive environment.

Back on Track works with individuals at risk of school exclusion or those not in education, employment or training (NEET). Through tailored coaching, access to skills workshops, and holistic support, we help these individuals re-engage with their future.

Digital Inclusion

Access to technology is essential for modern life. Our digital inclusion initiatives close the gap for individuals and families who lack the devices, skills, or confidence to thrive in a digital world. From practical workshops to hands-on support, we make tech accessible and empowering.

We distribute essential devices to families and individuals without access, often in partnership with local schools, housing providers, or support services. Alongside this, we offer beginner-to-intermediate workshops on topics such as using smartphones, applying for jobs online, digital safety, and creative tools. The programme is particularly effective in reducing isolation among older adults and empowering young parents.

Wellbeing & healing

We believe that healing is a communal act and that everyone deserves the chance to process, release, and recover. Our therapeutic programmes use creativity and peer connection to address mental health challenges and personal trauma in a culturally sensitive and accessible way.

With the help of qualified professionals, we run support circles around themes like grief, identity, anxiety, and confidence-building. These include art journaling, spoken word, storytelling, and guided meditation. Participants often report a sense of belonging, increased self-worth, and the courage to take next steps in life or work.

Community Engagement & Social Action

Community transformation is a shared journey. Our social action programmes encourage people especially young people tp become leaders, change-makers, and contributors to the collective good.

We support youth-led campaigns that challenge issues like knife crime, unemployment, and housing inequality, offering training in civic engagement, storytelling, and campaigning. We also partner with local artists, educators, and organisations to deliver community exhibitions, awareness days, and policy roundtables. We don’t just build individuals, we empower communities to stand up, speak out, and shape systems.
